Table Numbers

So I just designed my table numbers. The table numbers will actually be 3 sided and will include the table number, menu card, and the word love written out in different languages. I played around with photoshop and this is what I was able to come up with. . . .

After I printed out my templates I put a card stock mat behind it to bring in the colors and give it a layered look (which I love). All you have to do is tape the ribbon to the mat and then tape your template to the mat. Final step is to tie your bow and there you have it!

Damask Borders

For all of you Damask ladies out there I have created a few of my own Damask borders so you can also have that theme brought into your monogram design!

Wedding Monogram Example

Well I just wanted to include a few more examples of what you can expect in you email should you decide you would like a monogram.
Example 1

Example 2

Wedding Monogram Information

With monograms as you can see they can be done in many different ways. You can use initials or full names, incorporate the grooms last name, include your wedding date. . .monograms are not what they used to be. Just an FYI you are not supposed to use the grooms last name on any monograms prior to the ceremony, since it is not your last name just yet. So a lot of times brides tend to have 2 monograms created. One for before ceremony use and one for after ceremony use. Also in this day and age not every woman plans to take her fiances last name and yes you too can have a monogram! You can use your monogram for just about anything.

Here I created a sticker to seal the invitations. Note how just the first initials were used here because we do not at this time share our last names.

I also created stickers for our favor boxes. Since the favors are given after the ceremony I was able to incorporate the new last name.

Now in creating monogram some information will be needed.
  1. Names. . .your name and your fiances first and last name (if you would like your name or any children's names included please provide as well)
  2. Colors. Now in order to get your colors right I need to be provided with a swatch. If you do not have swatches of your wedding colors already I suggest using this link. . . http://www.dessy.com/swatches-trims/
  3. Theme. Is there a theme to your wedding that you would like to incorporate? Doves, garden, butterflies, martini, bling, palm trees, destination wedding, ect. . .
  4. Date. If you would like to have your wedding date included please provide it to me.
  5. Do you have a preference? Do you want full names, or just initials? Or if you like any previous work please reference, the more direction that I have from you the better chance you have of getting exactly what you were looking for.

What you can expect from me. . .

  • You will receive between 3-6 proof monograms to choose from. You will receive an email with the proofs and this is how the proofs will appear. . .

  • You have as much time as you need to think and consult with family, friends and your fiance as to which design works for you.
  • Once you have decided on one or more designs just let me know and once payment is received you will receive an email with you high resolution monogram.
  • If in the designs you did not get what you were looking for just let me know I can tweak the design until you are happy.

Wedding Monograms without Borders

Monograms without borders can be very useful. If you are planning on just adding a monogram into a design the borderless monogram maybe for you. Also just because there is not a border does not mean these are simple designs, corner pieces can be added or you can go with something a little more ornate.
